  I can't speak for any other PNC branches, however, the Hudson PNC branch is truly special. They conduct themselves the way banks used to - knowing who you are, greeting you by your first name, making the effort to understand your banking and spending habits, etc. This type of sincere, friendly customer service does not exist at many other banks / branches anymore. Yes, this branch, like most others, needs to make money, yet they never overpressure you with products or make you feel obligated. We've been here almost five years from the east coast, and the Hudson branch has been basically comprised with the same bank team members, which gives it that friends and family feel. I do some banking at two other banks for my parents, and hands down, no other bank or branch compares in this area.
